本設(shè)備是對(duì)鑄造車間所有鋁、鎂合金鑄件和相關(guān)的機(jī)加件進(jìn)行浸滲的浸滲生產(chǎn)線，工件浸滲采用有機(jī)浸滲劑，以真空或局部加壓的方法進(jìn)行浸滲，經(jīng)熱水固化，提高零件的氣密性。This EQUIPMENT IS a leaching production line for the leaching of all aluminum and magnesium alloy castings and related machine add-ons in the casting workshop. 6.1.1.1工藝特點(diǎn)說(shuō)明 Description of process characteristics

在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，需要浸滲的產(chǎn)品必須保持干凈和干燥。因?yàn)檎从谢覊m、油脂、切削液等污染物的產(chǎn)品如果不經(jīng)過(guò)處理直接浸滲，不但會(huì)影響浸滲合格率等重要指標(biāo)，而且會(huì)污染浸滲液導(dǎo)致性能下降甚至報(bào)廢等嚴(yán)重后果。特別是沒(méi)有匹配專業(yè)清洗設(shè)備或產(chǎn)品被嚴(yán)重污染的工廠，該工位就顯得尤為重要，該工位在清洗水中加入選配的清洗劑，配合翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)和超聲波作用，可使產(chǎn)品得到較好的清洗。

該工位主要是對(duì)產(chǎn)品上殘留的清洗劑進(jìn)行漂洗，同時(shí)漂洗水溫調(diào)整至60～70℃，不僅漂洗效果更好，而且可以將產(chǎn)品預(yù)熱，為后續(xù)真空干燥提供必要條件。漂洗后的熱水自動(dòng)回到儲(chǔ)水箱中（儲(chǔ)水箱有自動(dòng)加熱及保溫功能），工件筐會(huì)在翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的帶動(dòng)下繼續(xù)翻轉(zhuǎn)，將產(chǎn)品盲孔內(nèi)的水倒出，為下一道干燥工序減輕負(fù)擔(dān)，縮短后續(xù)干燥時(shí)間，提高干燥效果。

6.1.3真空干燥 Vacuum drying

6.1.3.1真空干燥工藝特點(diǎn) Characteristics of vacuum drying process

真空干燥是利用水的沸點(diǎn)隨壓力下降而降低的原理工作的。將帶溫產(chǎn)品放入干燥罐內(nèi)，通過(guò)真空泵降低罐內(nèi)壓力，使得產(chǎn)品表面、盲孔、缺陷內(nèi)的水輕松達(dá)到沸點(diǎn)而汽化，汽化后的水蒸氣被真空泵吸出排到罐外，進(jìn)而達(dá)到干燥產(chǎn)品的目的。真空干燥不但效果好，而且能耗低，相比傳統(tǒng)的加熱烘干方式既節(jié)約了能源，又縮短了生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍。Vacuum drying works on the principle that the boiling point of water decreases with pressure. 大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)踐證明：雖然在壓力條件滿足的前提下，水也能在常溫甚至更低的溫度下汽化，但在蒸發(fā)過(guò)程中需要吸熱，缺陷內(nèi)的水蒸氣在工件表面由于溫度過(guò)低容易在瞬間形成“冰點(diǎn)”現(xiàn)象，這就是為什么要在漂洗工位中將產(chǎn)品溫度提高到60℃以上的主要原因；同時(shí)，由于產(chǎn)品溫度提升，對(duì)于水達(dá)到沸點(diǎn)以外的第二個(gè)“壓降”要求就不再那么苛刻了，這樣不但生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍加快，而且產(chǎn)品干燥效果更好，也降低了在固定時(shí)間內(nèi)常溫干燥不徹底的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。Experiments proved: although under the premise of meet the condition of pressure, water can vaporization under room temperature or lower temperature, but need to heat in the process of evaporation, due to the defects of water vapor in the workpiece surface temperature is too low to form the "freezing point" phenomenon in a flash, that is why in the heart of the rinse station products the main cause of temperature increase to more than 60 ℃; At the same time, as the product temperature increases, the second "pressure drop" requirement for water beyond the boiling point is no longer so harsh, which not only accelerates the production pace, but also improves the product drying effect, and reduces the risk of incomplete drying at room temperature within a fixed time.

由于真空干燥后的產(chǎn)品尚帶余溫（40～50℃），而浸滲液儲(chǔ)存的穩(wěn)定條件一般在21℃以下，如果干燥后的工件立即進(jìn)行浸滲作業(yè)，勢(shì)必會(huì)將浸滲液溫度提高從而帶來(lái)浸滲液的儲(chǔ)存風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。所以浸滲前需將產(chǎn)品溫度降至或接近常溫。該工位利用軸流風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行冷卻，確保工作節(jié)拍內(nèi)工件溫度接近室溫。Since the product after vacuum drying still has residual temperature (40 ~ 50℃), and the stability condition of the leaching liquid storage is generally below 21℃, if the dry workpiece is immediately leaching operation, it is bound to increase the temperature of the leaching liquid and bring the storage risk of the leaching liquid. 6.2浸滲處理 Impregnation process

6.2.1真空壓力浸滲罐 Vacuum pressure immersion tank

6.2.1.1工藝特點(diǎn)說(shuō)明 Description of process characteristics

這是浸滲工藝中的核心工位，經(jīng)過(guò)干凈、干燥的產(chǎn)品放置到罐內(nèi)升降機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)，與罐體下部足夠淹沒(méi)工件筐的浸滲液一起接受真空泵的作用，去除工件缺陷內(nèi)和少量溶入浸滲液中的空氣，在壓降沒(méi)有發(fā)生變化的密閉罐內(nèi)，升降機(jī)構(gòu)在PLC控制下帶動(dòng)工件下降直至被浸滲液完全淹沒(méi)，這時(shí)再打開閥門讓大氣壓進(jìn)入罐內(nèi)，并繼續(xù)給罐內(nèi)加壓至0.3～0.5Mpa，同時(shí)保證正壓以足夠的時(shí)間，使浸滲液得以充分滲透至產(chǎn)品缺陷的每一個(gè)角落。This is the core station in the infiltration process. 由于產(chǎn)品缺陷的復(fù)雜性和浸滲液本身具有一定的粘度，浸滲液在進(jìn)入缺陷的過(guò)程中需要克服液體的表面張力、摩擦阻力、動(dòng)能損失等，這就需要足夠的動(dòng)（壓）力和時(shí)間讓浸滲液充分滲透。所以傳統(tǒng)的負(fù)壓浸滲、快速浸滲、進(jìn)排液（浸滲罐與儲(chǔ)液箱分開，在進(jìn)液過(guò)程中罐內(nèi)真空度下降，部分空氣又進(jìn)入和占據(jù)產(chǎn)品的缺陷）浸滲工藝，都會(huì)影響浸滲合格率！Due to the complexity of product defects and the certain viscosity of the immersion liquid itself, the immersion liquid needs to overcome the surface tension, friction resistance, kinetic energy loss of the liquid in the process of entering the defect, which requires enough dynamic (pressure) force and time to allow the immersion liquid to fully penetrate. 6.2.1.2真空壓力浸滲罐說(shuō)明Description of vacuum pressure infiltration tank

a．罐體采用8mm厚的SUS304不銹鋼制成，滿足工作所需的加壓要求。The tank body is made of 8mm thick SUS304 stainless steel to meet the pressure requirements required by the work.

b．罐體安裝有安全閥(1)，確保罐內(nèi)壓力不高于工作壓力，當(dāng)罐內(nèi)壓力超過(guò)設(shè)定壓力時(shí)，安全閥會(huì)自動(dòng)開啟泄壓。The tank is equipped with a safety valve (1) to ensure that the pressure in the tank is not higher than the working pressure. 浸滲工藝完成后，產(chǎn)品表面及盲孔內(nèi)殘留大量的浸滲液，如果直接清洗不但會(huì)造成極大的成本浪費(fèi)，還會(huì)造成環(huán)境污染。傳統(tǒng)的一級(jí)離心甩膠工藝只能回收前后左右四個(gè)表面的浸滲液，而工件上表面及盲孔內(nèi)的膠液卻無(wú)法有效回收，下表面及盲孔內(nèi)的膠液也只能在重力的作用下慢慢流出，回收率低。After the leaching process is completed, a large amount of leaching liquid remains on the surface of the product and in the blind hole. 我公司發(fā)明的新式甩膠機(jī)構(gòu)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)六向離心甩膠，它是在一級(jí)離心甩膠后將工件筐自動(dòng)翻轉(zhuǎn)90°后繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，使在一級(jí)離心甩膠時(shí)，處于上下位置的兩個(gè)工件表面也能得到離心力作用進(jìn)行甩膠。這種工藝使膠液得到有效的回收而節(jié)約成本的同時(shí)，也為后續(xù)洗膠工藝減輕負(fù)擔(dān)，而且又相比兩工位甩膠節(jié)約了一個(gè)工位，節(jié)省設(shè)備成本的同時(shí)又減少了設(shè)備的長(zhǎng)度和占地面積。The new glue throwing mechanism invented by our company can realize six-way centrifugal glue throwing, it is in the first level of centrifugal glue throwing after the workpiece basket will automatically turn 90° and continue to rotate, so that in the first level of centrifugal glue throwing, the two workpiece surface in the upper and lower position can also get centrifugal force action for glue throwing. 傳統(tǒng)的清洗水是存儲(chǔ)在清洗罐中不能流動(dòng)的。通過(guò)曝氣方式讓水翻騰，雖然水有了翻動(dòng)，但是流動(dòng)性差，即使采用兩級(jí)翻轉(zhuǎn)清洗也不能很好的將工件表面及型腔內(nèi)殘存的浸滲液清洗干凈，特別是工件筐中間部位的工件更是如此。浸滲液清洗不干凈必然會(huì)造成固化后工件盲孔內(nèi)有殘膠現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。輕則堵塞螺紋孔，重則造成工件報(bào)廢。Traditional cleaning water is stored in a cleaning tank that does not flow.
